This will be my build and i was wondering which would be better for me ASRock Fatal1ty B85 Killer LGA 1150 or  the ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance LGA 1150 

 

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 Haswell Dual-Core 3.6GHz LGA 1150 54W Video card: MSI R9 380 GAMING 4G Radeon R9 380 4GB 256-Bit RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 Hard drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SSD: Crucial BX100 CT250BX100SSD1 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gbps Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case Power Supply: Cooler Master Elite V2 - 550W

There's not much difference between the two motherboards.

You could literally grab the cheapest motherboard of the 2 you mentioned and call it a day! ;)

This. You could even get an H81, if you really wanted to save that cash....
