Yes tried other ports, and all sorts. . . its only one drive not working, the other 2 are fine. I don't have another computer to try that drive on though. 

 

The drive may have failed, but you can know for sure if you test it elsewhere. For now I would suggest replacing the drive, consider how valuable your data on this one is and either contact a data recovery company (their services can be costly) or look into some data recovery software (I doubt it would pick up anything if the drive is fried).
