Hey i was wondering if anyone knew if the Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case has good cable mangement this will be my setup if its any help

The cable management is OK. It's average. If you spend some time on the cable managment you'll be able to achieve a clean looking build, but it's not as luxurious with straps everywhere and a huge amount of space as you'd see it in a more expensive case.
