Hyperx cloud 2 problem

So, my hyperx cloud 2 is being stupid. It has stopped working. I do not treat it bad, and there is no apparant physical damage. I have only had them for a few months, and i do not treat them badly. Is this just the headset in general that this happens to? Or is it just this model?
