I know its a good quality PSU and it seems to fit my needs but if anyone has a reason why I shouldn't buy this PSU speak up now. I would like some recommendations or anything.

It's a CWT PUQ-B unit like the the Thermaltake Smart 750-M. It's a solid mid-range platform. However, since we are talking about Corsair value line, there's a few cost down aspect to it such as a cheaper sleeved bearing fans and capacitor choices (primary caps are rated at a lower temperature and the secondary uses SamXon and Teapo rather than NCC). If you in a need for a 750w unit and is on tight budget, it isn't a bad option. Then again, if you legitimately need a 750w, it would mean you already invested in a good amount of money into this computer already. I would expect you are able to get a better quality power supply, TBH.

What's your budget, and what will you be powering?

The cx series is for light computers. I would look into a xfx or seasonic unit. If you need 750w this unit would be much better http://us.ncix.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=73229&vpn=P1-750X-XXB9&manufacture=XFX&promoid=1062

I recommend the NZXT 750w Hale82 PSU. Been using that thing for quite a while. Very reliable.

This or the Seasonic M12ii 750w

I saw the m12ii for that price, but I though the orange color scheme on it wouldn't be very fitting.

As has been said the low end psu's are no good really. They are designed for small home use and office use. Not really for gaming or high end pc's. Get something better.

The CX750, although low tier, is not low end. It works fine and is often on sale for a decent value.

Not sure if he needs 850 watts, but the CM V850 is at 97.99 after % off and rebate. Since it's a seasonic seems like a good choice with headroom.

STOP, I hope I'm ain't to late, I have the M model and I'm just about to RMA it after only two weeks. It is making a constant electronic noise under light load, sometimes the noise even follows the movements of the mouse. Second, the cabels are impossibel to manage due to the flat design. This PSU is responsibel for making my new build a nightmare, I thought that my motherboard was defect, amoung a lot of other stuff... Don't get it if you can help yourself.

Some people reported that CX series has problems with coil whine or whatever that's called.

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?
