write is from hdd to the flash 

 

So its 40mbps from hdd if the 40 is the write speed.

40 mbps write speed and 140mbps read speed?

So 40 from hdd to flash and 140 from flash to hdd

i thought usb 3.0 was faster guess i was wrong lol

Really the limits are something like 150 mb/s write and 150mb/s read that limit is really from the specific flash stick.
