G502 bind actions without emulating keyboard

Im trying to have my G502s thumb button be push to talkon teamspeak, so i assigned it to F12 since i dont use that button and any other button paints letters/signs in any active text box, but F12 opens the firefox console, and that thing flickering is anoying.

 

any idea how to make it a new unique key?

why F12? Just use one of the buttons on the G502 to assign talk on TS. Like for example, I have set my G5 button to be Play/Pause when I'm on the Desktop.

as i just said, i cant do that, it just wont accept it when i go to set the keybinding for ptt

 

when i unassign the thumb button marked with F12 here, it cant be used as key bind in TS.
