windows 10 lan problems

so i got windows 10 on my work pc

so i want to connect to that pc through windows 7 so when i got into networks and double click the windows 10 pc i wish to connect to it asks for a password so i type in my current microsoft username *******@outlook.com and then my current code and it tells me the password is invalid so then i try my old username and password and its still not accepting it and i am not sure why

I guess your English isn't so good but I'm struggling to understand what it is your having problems with...
