He has 74 hours he prob got a rank, but its probably silver lol. 

Possibly, but possibly not. I didn't start playing competitive until I had about 100 hours in the game.

Oh, i dropped in at like 24 hours....

Nova 4 @ 75hours. 

been stuck at nova 4 now out 100hours.
