Duo just Stopped working?

My Intel core Duo just stopped working? the cooler was still working and I even tried with a different cooler but no difference. help?

Did psu or mobo die?

the PSU Works fine,.. Don't know about the Mother board

just tested it, its a gtx 9200 and it runs fine.

it's more likely the motherboard has failed than the chip, obviously no way to tell until you can swap it into another mobo though.
