I was looking into taking my current ATX build and turning it into a smaller form factor for mobility that could help with lan parties or just moving around.

Would like to keep the current 8320 with single 120mm radiator for cpu and cooling for that and also at least 2 ram slots. Only have one graphics card which I would like to upgrade to the best cooled r9 280 for this small form factor. Would also like to keep a standard hard drive and I want to get an ssd too.

I like to look of the Bitfenix Prodigy or Prodigy M but I don't know if it is the most functional at the size.

If you could help me out that would be awesome. :)

I would try and sell the 8320 honestly. You can get a pretty good i5 for it if you sell it at a good price, because that CPU is limiting you. As for mITX, that's not possible with AM3+ because there are no motherboards that are mITX because of the VRM requirements. As for the GPU I would go with a 280X instead, more powerful than even an R9 380.

there are no mITX AM3+ motherboards ... so you either have to sell you CPU or go with mATX

My SG05 is smaller M8

but the difference is minimal. the M1 was actually started out as a aluminiumized version of the SG05.

I know lol. I still like mine, it's way cheaper in terms of price.
