you mean replace the fans that come with the aio with noctua fans? sure

is there any way to getto mount the http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/water-cooling/s24 on two 140 mm noctua fans?

 

Just get the proper length screws they aren't that expensive, but if not zip tie it in place to the noctua fans.

no i mean use them in a push pull konfig with the included fans

 

Usually you want matching fans when stacking to ensure proper airflow so both are the same amount and not one fan is pushing more air than the second. This also ensure no extra turbulence or noise, it's ok to ave different fans on each 140mm rad space section but two stacked together should be the same.
