Corsair Professional Series  HX 750 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Gold (HX750). Bought it from Amazon, Refurbished  if i remember correctly

Try testing with a different PSU. If it's a refurbished it might be giving in.

Does it shut down normally, or just turns off instantly?

Does it power itself back on, or do you need to push the button?

So you see the windows screen before it turns off?

It starts up fine just when it gets to windows logo then shuts down completely.  When i press the power a button it runs like  normal

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi

I am having the same issue was this ever solved, I turn on my pc it turns of and then when I launch again its fine. Only been happening since upgrade to windows 10.

might want to open your own thread. Turn off xmp for ram. I think that helped me but, im not sure as i was atuck in a boot loop and really haven't cold started yet. I posted a similar topics and got very few hits.

Check c states on bios, i think

Check power setting

Check logs to see kernel power errors and post a log of it.

Run sfc /scannow from admin cmd prompt.
