I've been using a 64gb ssd for my os but it is running low on storage so i purchased a new 256gb ssd. I also have 2 other hdds for programs and games. My question is how do i safely transfer everything on my ssd to the new ssd without the registry resetting so my programs on the hdd would still work with the os on the new ssd

Download a software called Macrium Reflect, it's free for non commercial use.

Make sure both SSDs are connected, clone your old SSD to the new one. Then expand the partition in Disk Management on your larger SSD.
