Windows 10 install Error

So I tried installing windows through the Windows 10 media creation tool and it didn't work (Since I have tried it through windows 8.1 directly) and this is the error message I get after logging in on windows 8.1.

Are you running Windows 8.1 32 bit or 64 bit, there is a different tool you use to update either version.

 

Make a media creation tool for the version you have and make sure you have the product key for your OS handy.

 

Go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 select the right version and select create installation media for another PC and press next.  Select your Language you what your computer to use and then select the Edition of Windows 10 you are upgrading to (Windows 8.1 - Windows 10 home or Windows 8.1 Pro - Windows 10 Pro) and then with Architecture select Both.

 

Pick USB flash drive then press next and wait till its done, if this done right and you picked right it will upgrade your computer to Windows 10
