Strange issue with windows 10

So I installed Windows 10 (clean install) on my granddad's pc but for some reason he can't play games, he has windows 10 (upgraded from 7) on his laptop and he can play those games without issues. I checked the drivers, dx and installed nvidia physx for Trine 2.

The games I tried:

Trine 2

Medal of honor

Rollercoaster tycoon 2 (works from time to time)

What could be the problem?

Have you installed some sort of Audio software? (i.e Razer surround)

how did you do the clean install....

and did you upgrade all the drivers
