Not sure why, but moving around windows and any motion on this monitor is super choppy. It was not like this on Windows 8.1, I notice it a lot with Win 10. The first monitor is overclocked to 75 Hz while the affected one to the right is 60Hz. Video was shot with 720p "slowmo" on a Droid Turbo. Any ideas? Problem also is shown on different monitors, as well as different DVI cables. The mouse is not choppy at all.

Go into NVIDIA Control Panel, play around with different refresh rate settings and try it with different resolutions. I've noticed similar symptoms but I run my PC on a 4K tv (TV's have very bad response times), which causes ghosting and stuttering at times. These problems aren't manifest on lower resolutions like 1080p though.

I was able to alleviate these symptoms by trying different refresh rate settings.
