AMD driver install artifact/crashing

Hey guys,

I seem to have a problem.

I have done almost everything I can think of- reinstall OS, try a different OS, try dry installing drivers, install drivers normally.

Heres my problem:

My graphics card works (Im fairly certain- as I have not f*ed it up in any way).

The ports and everything seem to work until I try to install the drivers-

Then my card starts artifacting and not wanting to boot.

I NEED HELP PLEASE

I have no idea why one minute it is working then install of the DRIVERS it crashes...

mine did the same thing, but I fixed it by booting into safe mode and getting rid of anything I could, and then booting using onboard with the power disconnected. this allowed me to disable the GPU and uninstall everything else by going into device manager and uninstalling the hidden hardware. but you reinstalled the OS, so I cant see anything that could cause it other than a BIOS flash or something on the card...

When I watch the install it always seems to crash during the AMD driver install portion of CCC
