Newbuild boot help

Hey so i just finished my fist pc build and pressed the on button to get a screen that says "reboot and select proper boot device" this is a second hand motherboard called gigabyte g1.sniper z87 and im not sure if this has something to do with the previous owner... please help, i see many people saying to get into the bios and change it but im not sure how to do that as this error code wont let me press delete to get into the bios
