So I'm interested, should you get paid for do a trial interview where they found out if you'd fit in either their company or not. Or do you normally not?

ripoff,  dont do work for them before an interview at all...  order = first interview then they can offer u a trial period if they accept u ( paid or unpaid.. they can explain so ) and u can choose to do it or not ( though unpaid working is a rip off )

ofc it doesnt hurt, but there are companies around taking advantage of this and that will hurt u... who wants to work for nothing when they just say thx bye after that

 

example, it would be me making u build 1000pcs right now coz im lazy and give u nothing for it  just say thx and bb  ( u wasted all ur time doing it ;p ), imagine its not even fun stuff like shitty things  cleaning toilets for example ( lel ), remember ur not a slave so dont become one
