SSD Configurations

I have two 128gb 840 evos and two 256gb 830 series SSDs. Each 256gb has an OS and each 128gb was used as a scratch disk. I currently have windows 10 wasting my life on the "just a moment" screen and its on one of the two 256gb drives. Should I make an image of the ending install and put the two 256s in raid 0? What about the 128s? Put them in raid 0 and get the same space as a single 256 but higher speeds? What about reliability? They have been used after all.
