Suggestions for a cpu cooler?

Go to solution Solved by Naeaes,

Thanks! That really cleared it up. What AIO did fit. Can you tell me the product names?

They were Cooler Master Seidon 120V and Seodon 120V Plus

So my new computer build is kinda weird. I'll be using the Lian Li TU200-b for my case and the new X99E-ITX/ac motherboard from Asrock. This creates a pretty weird scenario due to the constraints of my motherboard and my case. The motherboard only supports the narrow ilm cpu coolers, but it does come with a water cooling mounting plate. What water coolers that are 140mm AIO's will fit my system and what air coolers besides the one that is provided by asrock will fit. Also is it even worth it to get a better cpu cooler in this scenario or should I just stick with the included one.

One last thing... If the included cpu cooler is my best option can I upgrade the fan attached to it? Maybe get one from Noctua if they have a good 60mm fan? I'd like my system to be as quiet as possible.

Sorry for the big question, but i'm kinda at a loss as to what my best option is here.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

If you want to go that way, you can use a Noctua P14 FLX to adapt from 140mm mounting holes to 120mm radiator. :)

Can you explain a little more. I don't quite understand what you mean.

Sure! That fan has the diameter of a 140mm fan and the mounting holes of a 120mm fan and it comes with four pieces of metal that can be used to adapt the fan for 140mm holes on one side. So it can be mounted on a 120mm radiator on one side and on 140mm mounting holes on the other. I noticed on the Asrock website that they only verified two models of AIOs that fit the bracket that came with the motherboard and both had 120mm rads. You could do the adaptation from 140mm to 120mm with something like this too but there might not be room for it.
