Windows Volumes Issues

So I was doing so software testing on a new partitioned OS volume and I'm stuck I can't get things back to the way the were before. For some reason making the new volume and then getting rid of it made disk 0 a simple volume and my disk drive/optical drive a primary partition. Is there a way to revert things back to what they were before/normally? Before disk 0 was a primary partition and I don't remember what the optical drive was. 

 

Factory resetting it, turns out you have to be extremely careful with this kind of stuff -.-

Don't use Windows disk management tool, it is pretty primitive. It was design for simple tasks only.

Use proper software if you want to do fancy things.
