I want the psu fan to face down, but them only one screw can be put it. When the fan is faced up then i can put in all screws. Is there anything i can do to be bale to put all screws in when fan is facing down?

unless you drill new holes

 

case is probably made so the fan in face down

This is usually by design but can sometimes be overlooked. which case is this?

If that case does not come with holes to mount down faced a psu, probably doesn´t have a ventilation hole for the psu fan too, and that could cause overheating problems

How about putting it sideways? :P

No, but I'd suggest just putting it right side up and complaining to the case manufacturer about this.
