I would definately get a good new PSU cause that CIT unit is VERY bad.

i know it is an ace unit but it's pretty similar in quality to a CiT unit, and just see how bad it is.

Hi Forum, Im in a situation, so I have this set up which is as follows

Core 2 Duo E6550

HD 5770

MSI G41-P25

CiT 500W

4GB DDR3 HYPER X 1600Mhz

250GB HDD

This pc is for work and light gaming like lol or cs go occasionally, I put it all together but the pc wont boot? I have replaced the motherboard thinking that might be faulty and have tried the pentium 4 ht 531, nothing helps, ive read that the psu might be the problem but im not sure if it is. I just need to know if the psu can actually prevent the pc booting? Everything powers on like the HDD and the graphics card, the led on the motherboard also lights up but im really stuck at the moment. Any help is really appreciated.
