it includes a cable with a mic integrated like all headphones with the little tiny hole for a mic with the inline controls.

HOWEVER if you are looking to do some serious talking and want good quality as opposed to the tinny sound you get from the inline mic then grab the vmoda boompro

I have a boompro, it's nice.

I have had 2 v-moda cables and 1 boompro fray (but still work)

And they sent me a new one each time

(And I kept the old)

There support is nice

the boompro is great. I kind of wish it was at a bit cheaper pricepoint to recommend in general. but the people in my guild loved when I used the boompro 1000 times more than when I used a zalman clip on mic

edit: never ever did attempt to use the inline mic attached to the controls.
