windows 10 start bar broken

i got a windows 10 update 2 days ago which has broken my start button and all my pinned shortcuts on my taskbar at the bottom. when i click them nothing happens. also my notifications and icons to the right also dont work. is there a fix?

Happened to me the other day. Restart your OS. All should then be fixed.
