Hey guys, I have been looking at water cooling components and I am not sure what to get. The system is built in a cooler master haf 935, so i can use the top compartment as a radiator box. I want the cpu and gpu in the loop. The cpu is an i5 4690k and the gpu is a 980ti.

The theme inside the case is black and orange. I also live in Australia and for the budget I want it to be not too expensive but not cheap.

What do you guys recommend?

Thanks

Wolf

EK for waterblocks

Bitspower, Swiftech, Monsoon or EK for fittings

Laing D5 Vario for pump (probably a variation with a top (Swiftech, EK, Bitspower)

Probably Alphacool for radiators, though EK has some good ones too

Tubing doesn't really matter. PrimoChill has a large range

Bitspower or EK for res

Colour matching fans or it doesnt matter? I say EK vardars in black, Cougars vortex in black or orange, or maybe Noctuas industrial PPC. Tubing is usually not important performance wise, just make it match for your fitting and components

System

  • Motherboard
    Asus MAXIMUS Formula VI
  • RAM
    Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz

I think I'll go with orange fans, what about these?

Not good radiator fans. The specter pros are the high SP ones, those...are basically the stock case fan for bitfenix

This is what i would pick for an orange fan

http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=227&bid=3&sid=192471&

If you really want LEDs, there is another cougar that's supposed to be red but every pic and video ive seen it's orange, you may wanna take a look at them

http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=227&bid=3&sid=198642&

PS: I would go with the non LED version, then you can add LEDs in your case if you want

http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=206&bid=3&sid=222426&

I own this one and it's pretty good, may need some help (tape) but honestly is a breeze to install

Totally forgot about Thermaltake Rings, they are a bit more expensive, and they are not available in the store you linked but they are awesome, that are made for rads and they have an orange LED that looks pretty damn good IMO.
