Looking for some feedback

Hello All,

This is a slightly different post than I would normally put up or ask, but I currently have an opportunity to pick up a 5 month old ROG Swift for $350. Now with that said, I already own one Swift and my secondary monitor is an Acer K272HUl 60hz 1440p monitor. I am currently just gaming on the one swift, but the price point seems to almost make it worth it. I was wondering if there were any pros and/or cons to actually picking up a second Swift. For me, have a second g-sync panel and 144hz panel is nice. The one nice thing is my bezels will line up properly on my monitor arm. That is just a cosmetic inconvenience obviously.

I am interested in some feedback on this as I am a bit torn.

Well, I personally wouldn't, even for $350, if you have 1 already.

Because you aren't going to game over 2 of them are you? And I assume you wont game with 2 of them and the Acer because that would be counter productive.

So what would you really use the 2nd RoG Swift for that you can't already do with your IPS Display Acer?

Martin,

I did contemplate surround a while back, but that is something I wouldn't do right away. The Acer IPS would be completely taken out of the equation as I would sell it. A while back, I used to game across two monitors when they were matched, but I havn't done that in quite sometime. I guess I really would be looking at it cosmetically to make everything match up nicely on my monitor arm.
