Transfer windows between computers.

Hi all, so on my gaming desktop I already have Windows 7 pro but it is having errors which wont let me upgrade to windows 10.  I am installing Windows 10 on my old laptop as we speak.  Is there a way to transfer it to my desktop?  Also the Version on my laptop was bought by me.
