In Game Screen Flickering

Ok.  So I've got a GTX 780, currently at stock clocks to rule out other issues, and running 320.49 drivers.  Rest of system specs are in my sig.

 

In several games, such as AC III and Hitman: Absolution, I get random screen flickering regardless of the settings.  In some games, such as tomb raider, I get screen flickering if I have TXAA enabled.  Does anyone else have this issue and know if it's a driver problem or some setting I'm missing.

try re seating the gpu and report back i had a similar issue at one point and all it took was a quick re seating of my gpu to fix the problem, also double check cables and we can go from there

Ran a 30 min test earlier today after reseating and looks like the problem hasn't reappeared.  Thanks.

Looks like I spoke too soon.  Happening again.  I really think this is a driver issue since I don't recall this happening on the card with the drivers evga provided on disc.  I think I may be rolling back if NVidia doesn't release the 326 chain soon.

 

EDIT:  Just in case it wasn't clear, this only happens in games, not under any other circumstance and it's not every game either.

i find that to be interesting, try clearing all drivers and rolling back and see if the problem persists, if it does see if you can test the card in another system and rule out it being defective

Well, I'm almost positive that this is a driver issue/game issue as only certain games give me problems.  Hopefully stuff is fixed in the 326 train.

lets hope, so far ive had no issues with my 770 lightning but i might have just cursed myself lol

Had this issue in a 660ti GTX on battlefield 3. I disabled MSAA and it went away. Try it out and let me know what happens. Hope it Helps
