Guys i have to make important decision :/ 

 

I can go for EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX 2.0 for 700euro and 5820k with liquid cooler 

or

I can go for Evga 980TI Hybrid and get 5820k with stock cooler

Streaming // Heavy Multitasking // Gaming // Noob editing

Liquid cooler option. That Stock cooler won't do any favors when going into streaming and editing.
