Cant decide between these motherboards

Go to solution Solved by OAcesync,

I have heard that the Msi Z97 PC MATE cannot go over 1.3v do you think this will hold be back much when overclocking at all? I have never overclocked an Intel CPU before.

I mean you shouldn't really go past 1.3V unless you have very good cooling like a custom loop and high end dual AIO with good temps most people don't really overclock past 1.3V but you can't really expect that kind of overclocking from any of these motherboards

So I have asked this question yesterday but didn't really get a good answer so I have decided to go through all of the motherboards in my budget and found these. I would also like to point out that what ever board I pick it will be going along with an i7 4790k. I would like to do a bit of overclocking but nothing to extrema.

THANK YOU for following your topic.

There really shouldn't be a difference between them besides price. They are all Z97 boards.
