.net 4.6 is on win 10

vegas probably doesn't recognize it

you need to trick vegas into thinking you have 4.5

I had to do this for a program as well

basically you search in the registry for .net 4.6..then change it to 4.5...after you get vegas installed...you have to switch that reg entries back to 4.6

Turn it on from Control Panel.

Win+​R: Type "control" (without quotation marks) > Programs & Features > Turn Windows Features on or off > .NET 4.6 Advanced Services (checkbox should be shaded, not ticked) > OK.
