WEIRD PROBLEM ON GTA V PC

I dont know if anyone else is getting the same problem. The game would run fine for about 30 minutes, then all of a sudden, OMG LAAAAAGGGGGGGGG... fps drops from 80 to 3, and the weird part is, gpu temps are at around 50-60, but whats even weirder is that the gpu LOAD is at 100%. and the only time i would stop lagging is if the gpu load goes DOWN to 50%. like wtf please help. i sent rockstar emails and stuff about this and they said they cant do anything about it cuz no one has ever reported this problem before!!!!!!!! HELPPP

Yea i get that problem too, but retarting the game fixes it for a while...

Try using only one card, if it doesn't work with one card check the other one, it may be that one of your cards is having some issues.

In addition to that, delete all Nvidia drivers using DDU and re install the latest drivers.

 

What other games have you tried running? Does this problem only occurs when playing GTA V?

yes only gta 5 nothing else

and yes is just a gta problem and it still didnt fix, i was just pvping some dude. he shot a pistol and my fps commited suicide

are you on windows 10?
