I have some questions :3

  • Does it support 8350 officially ? cause if they do not mention it on cpu support list they wont replace it >.< if i am using with other cpu had this issue with my old board ..
  • will it run my 1600 mhz ram on 1600 mhz by default ?
  • does it support corsair vengeance 1600 mhz 4gb sticks as its not on qvl list :l?
  • i will not be overclocking my cpu... just want ram to run at 1600 mhz so are the vrm's good enough to handle it ?
  • does this motherboard has other versions for example gigabyte has same motherboard with like two or three other version's >.> like rev 1,1 , 2.0 it screwed me last time that's why asking ..
  • will it support 212 evo side ways i mean like straight and not on the gpu side :l
  • is this a good deal for 135 $ ?
  • does this motherboard support pcie x16 2.0 cards and uefi mouse bios ?
  • is it better than my last board GA970ADS3 Rev 1,1?
  • is it 8+2 as many sites saying its 6+2
  • does it has nice customer support ? for example my old board's cpu 4 pin connector was burned they replaced the connector no questions asked :3
  • do they give world wide warranty as i can only buy it from different state :l
  • will dust effect the board ? as i do not have dust filters but i clean my pc every six months with a brush
  • will my 500W cooler master thunder and 7870 ghz edition work on it >?

Thank u for your time i appreciate ur help :)

if i get it which audio jack should i insert cable in as it has two audio connectors  and on which sata connector should i install my hardisk :l

and should i set it to achi in bios what does it do  ?

Question  is any of these better than 970 gaming ?

MSI 990FXA-GD65 V2 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard - The only 990 chip-set board i can find in my range but is it any good and do u guys recommend me using it with my 8350 ?

MSI 970A-G43 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard   - I think this is practically the same as 970 gaming ... what do u think ?

MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard  - This is just 8 $ more than 970 gaming but i could not tell the difference >.>

If costs 135 dollars(unknown if it's USD or CAD) then your better off buying a 990FX board as a 990FX board would be better than the 970 Gaming.

Like a 990FXA-UD3 or a M5A99FX Pro/Evo R2.0

well its in usd but 990 fx will cost me around 225 $ and that's for Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard Rev 1.1 or 1.0 mostly as people only sell the one which are in stock at there stores + i don't wanna screw up with these revs like last time + 225 is too much .. for this + i wont be overclocking or crossfire-ing so its kind of a waste

  • i will not be overclocking my cpu... just want ram to run at 1600 mhz so are the vrm's good enough to handle it ? Yes it should be Need to be 100% certain i do not want to invest into another board and have problems later ... Still never tested but it works with mine at 1866MHz does it run on that by default or did u oced it ?
  • does this motherboard has other versions for example gigabyte has same motherboard with like two or three other version's >.> like rev 1,1 , 2.0 it screwed me last time that's why asking .. No? U sure as i can not return or ask for a refund once bought country rules :l I would think no but the page says "The specifications may differ from areas and we keep the right to change without notice. Please check the specific specification with your local dealers. The color of the product might be affected by photography and the monitor's setting, which might be different from the real product." So what exactly should i ask local dealers ?
  • will it support 212 evo side ways i mean like straight and not on the gpu side :l It will blow up or down not backwards.t Just asking if it will face the other side and not gpu side ask those vrm heat sinks might block it or come in the way also 212 evo might block some ram slots :L Maybe if they are very tall mine are a bit taller than default green RAM So ur saying its hit or miss ?
  • is it 8+2 as many sites saying its 6+2 Should be 8+2 As i said i need to be certain :l My FX-8370 have had no issues. How can i confirm its 8+2 they do not say that on there site >.< the seller site !
  • does it has nice customer support ? for example my old board's cpu 4 pin connector was burned they replaced the connector no questions asked :3 No idea but I have not heard bad things. Good to know
  • do they give world wide warranty as i can only buy it from different state :l MSI page claims so but look it up just incase. ill try to but i do not think it will let me login on msi support page. :)
  • will dust effect the board ? as i do not have dust filters but i clean my pc every six months with a brush use a blowy thing! We do not get blowy thing or air cans here so i use a brush :l :o Nothing i can do if shop's does not sell it
  • will my 500W cooler master thunder and 7870 ghz edition work on it >? Yes it should but I would have gotten 600W (if it worked on your old then double yes) When i bought it psu calc said it should be around 430 W but can u re calc just in case ? It works but you do want some room extra just incase PSUs lose 5-10% per year. i keep RMA-ing it every time it dies or gives issue so ill just buy a new one when it dies and is out of warranty

Also site says this board has Onboard Video Chipset  but not video slot it makes no sense 0.o

It works but you do want some room extra just incase PSUs lose 5-10% per year. i keep RMA-ing it every time it dies or gives issue so ill just buy a new one when it dies and is out of warranty. Beware sometimes the PSU may kill the whole thing... (or half)

Also site says this board has Onboard Video Chipset  but not video slot it makes no sense 0.o

  • is it 8+2 as many sites saying its 6+2 Should be 8+2 As i said i need to be certain :l My FX-8370 have had no issues. How can i confirm its 8+2 they do not say that on there site >.< the seller site ! The site does not say sadly no page seems to... (you should be able to count them on the board) how can i count it isn't it under heatsink ?

well its in usd but 990 fx will cost me around 225 $ and that's for Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard Rev 1.1 or 1.0 mostly as people only sell the one which are in stock at there stores + i don't wanna screw up with these revs like last time + 225 is too much .. for this + i wont be overclocking or crossfire-ing so its kind of a waste

What store are you shopping from.......

nope as i still could not  figure out as heatsink is upon them how can i count them lol

but Question  is any of these better than 970 gaming ?

MSI 990FXA-GD65 V2 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard - The only 990 chip-set board i can find in my range but is it any good and do u guys recommend me using it with my 8350 ?

MSI 970A-G43 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard   - I think this is practically the same as 970 gaming ... what do u think ?

MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard  - This is just 8 $ more than 970 gaming but i could not tell the difference >.>

i know still i wouldn't want to run my 8350 on 6+2

Now tell me.

If i can run my 8320 on a 4+2 VRM PHASE BOARD then 6+2 should be no problem.

THIS IS QUALITY, NOT QUANTITY.

You don't want some shit VRMs and mo sfets at 12+2 or you want high quality VRM phase and mosfets at 6+2.
