I think you would not be able to mount it correctly in that Case, however, a mATX Case is really cheap. You can get one for like £20 <- Don't know how much they are in America. I would play it safe and get a new Case. However, you could probably mount it in it, if you did some modifications, but it would be very sketchy and I definitely would not recommend it.

What are the risks? What do you mean by sketchy?

By Sketchy, I mean you may have to drill holes, the Graphics Card and IO Shield may be in the Wrong Places, the Front Panel Connectors may not work and many more besides.

In terms of Risk, if set up wrong, you could fry your Mother Board, damage Hardware or some hardware would be unusable. It states nowhere in any of the manuals the size of motherboard, if it is a standard sized motherboard, if the PSU will fit. So, in my books, that warrants you buying a new case. Do what I did, buy a terrible cheap case, and then buy a better one when you can afford it.

Im just wondering, how could a case fry the motherboard?

Well, I actually doubt it would fry it, I should have really said, stress on the Motherboard due to Coolers, graphics cards etc could cause a hairline crack in the PCB, This stress is likely to be greater if improperly mounted.

By fry, I was thinking a Short Circuit could be possible (which it is) but thinking it through, I guess it is unlikely
