WHY WATERCOOLING:

first of all im going to start why i choose water cooling wel its becus about a year ago i bought a second hand hd 4870x2 and it was getting way to hot (about 110) so i cleand the cooler bit it still was getting to hot so i still had some money left so i started looking for aftermarket aircoolers but i could not find any so my only option was to make it watercooled so i started looking at what i needed and bought that and when i builded everything together the god damn gpu wasnt working so i checked the light and it was showing a thermal issue so i took it all appart and re fitted the waterblock but once everything was back together yes here we go (so i paid about 450 euro for it all) it was giving bsods and artafacts but it was not from overheating becus it was not going above 50 so i reboted my pc a few times and then it just wouldnt boot anymore it would show the windows logo and give a bsod so yeah... it was broken so i just took it apart and used the wc for my cpu only

WHAT I WILL BE UPDATING:

since i broke my hd4870x2 my dad bought me a 560ti direct cu 1 top and i bought some new memory (crusial balistix) and about a month or 2 after that i got myself a new case (aerocool ferrum) and it is sh.t and i hoped i could fit a 240mm rad in the top but no i was to stupid to look if i even could fit it in there so since i still wanted to use my wc parts i got an other ek coolstream xt120 rad and in the futer im goingt to get a new mobo and cpu and after that a new white power suply and from there we will see

MY CURRENT SPECS:

for the watercooling part:

-ek supreme ltx wb

-ek spin bat res

-ek dcp 2.2 pump

-ek coolstream xt120 x2

OVERCLOCKING:

after my hd 4870x2 died i just watercooled my cpu and it was about 30 degrees so i overclocked it from 3.2 to 3.6 but since yeasterday i have overclocked it to 4ghz and i can push it even higher becus the max temp it not more that 55 degrees

this is not realy a build log but me posting pics if i get something new

Spellchecking is always good, you know.
