Increase the clock in small increments. Do a quick stress test for each time you up the speed. If it starts crashing, or you get issues, back off the clockspeed or adjust the voltage slightly. Once you're happy with a speed, do a longer stress test to ensure it's stable and make sure temps are okay.

 

Use something like Aida64 (not Prim95) for stress testing. Unigine Valley and Heaven can be good for testing gaming loads, and Firestrike is good for testing GPU and CPU OC stability.

 

You could use something like Cinebench for benchmarking
