Hello everyone!

I just bought my first laptop yesterday and I found something kind of odd. Do not get me wrong, I love the laptop but the touchpad is awful..at least that's what I think. It makes a really bad rattling noise. I recorded a video and uploaded it for reference...here it is:

I have no idea if this is normal. It happens if I tap on it and I do not know if this is supposed to happen. Take into consideration that I just tap, I do not click. If I click the noise is a normal noise for a click. The touchpad feels kinda cheap and like it isn't secured properly. Like it is hollow. I am afraid not to have problems with it in the future as I will use this laptop quite a lot during college.

Should I return it or ask for a replacement? I need your asnwers.

Best regards,

Mihai Ilie
