04 Debug code no display

Hi guys,

I have just set my new parts up on a test bench before putting all the water cooling blocks on, however motherboard keeps getting error code 04 and showing no display it is an x99 MSI xpower board with a Intel 5960x and two Titan x's and 64gb ram however I have taken 48gb out just incase it was the ram a still no luck and suggestions would be great help thanks guys

sorted turned out to be a ram module :P
