No video output

As the title says, my old XFX 7950 has no video output when plugged into my computer.

I upgraded my GPU to a GTX 970, and am now going to sell the card, and was wondering whether there was any quick way to fix the issue?

The cards seems to be working fine apart from this issue

If not I will sell the card as is for a lower price.

Try to see if there are any stuck pins, or look into the gpu to see if its fans spin.
