I have a Samsung 256G 840 evo as my boot drive. I just got 2 Samsung 500G 850 evo's, they are all installed and have them in a RAID 0 array. I need to clone the 840 evo to my RAID array, what is the best software for this? I have already tried Samsung data migration and it will only clone to one ssd.

Try Macrium Reflect, it free for personal use. It should see the two 850 EVOs in RAID 0 as a single drive.
