Bypass voltage lock?

Hi,i have an R9 280x rev2 that is voltage locked,i have flashed a custom bios but yet i can´t change the voltage.I want to lower the vram voltage,since these chips get really hot,i mean they are scorching! I am also thinking on getting some heatshinks for these chips.

Anyone knows if i can change my voltage?

Trixx is (hands down) the best software to try for voltage control on AMD cards, and Afterburner is good if you want to get into custom VRM control.
