Audio Setup Assistance (N00B)

Hi all,

    I would like to split programs too two different outputs (Game audio, teamspeak) on my realtek on-board sound (6 ports) then have those two channels go into this mixer

 

Is this possible? would i need a sound card two split the two channels, how would i put the programs too two channels? please help a poor sole!
