Valley Bench mark Issue. Need some Help ( NEWS TEAM ASSEMBLE!)

So Im getting an error after I download valley bench mark does anyone know how to fix this. I have tried re downloading it several time from different sites also. im useing windows 8.1 64bit

download Visual C++ from microsoft mate :P
