Apart from the clock speed? Nothing. 

 

EDIT: Actually, the more expensive one seems to have different modes (OC, Gaming and Silent) which changes the clock speed. Not something I'd use, so I'd say go for the LE version.

what is the difference between these two cards(besides clock speeds)?

My friend was just about to buy the first one, but then it went out of stock on both newegg and amazon. Is it safe to buy the later one?
