im getting a NZXT havik 140 (case fractal design r4 window ) and getting kingston hyperx beast memery but does it fit?

Well, Depends on how many ram you are going to occupy. Are you doing dual channel? or are you gonna fill in all the slots? If your only doing dual channel memory, then it should fit. But quad, then I'm not sure, maybe someone who has the heatsink can help. *Just my general idea.

If it's for gaming, 1866 will offer no noticeable benefit over 1600. For ram, I like either the Corsair Vengeance or G.Skill Ares if you're on the middle of the road ($50/$60) pricerange.

windows 7 pro and im gaming, will at least get 8 gb memory, but what will fit the nzxt havik 140. now i was looking at the g.skill sniper memory, but will fit?

If you're going to use 2x4GB sticks there shouldn't be a problem. But go do your research first.
