Uninstall grub

I am going to sell my laptop. I had previously installed Ubuntu 14.04 and now I still see the option to boot from Ubuntu in my boot manager section. When I click on one of the two options (both look exactly the same) it greets me with a text line that says grub. I don't see a way to uninstall this. Please help me! I have a Lenovo ideapad n580
