Windows 7 update problems

I have noticed that every time I restart my pc windows tries to install an update but fails. If I go into update history nothing has changed. Usually it says if an update failed in there.

 

Also, last night I saw the windows update symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen, next to the "get windows 10" thing. It was downloading an update but it was taking way longer than usually. I suspected that it could be downloading windows 10 in the background since I didn't get a notification for it. So I left my pc on over night, and sure enough it said that it failed to install an update in that same window that I attached to this post.

 

Anyone have any ideas of what might be going on here?
